Jim Gravina

Jim is the heart and soul of the business. His work ethic and commitment to his family, business, and customers are the foundation of Jim’s continued success. With his wife Gail, they have single handedly created a company that each of their 7 children, and son’s in-law proudly contribute. This unique family formula is what has drawn people to Gravina’s for over three decades. It is not unusual for a customer to remark that they have felt like a part of the family during their experience with Gravina’s Window Center. Thanks to Jim and Gail, Gravina’s is a place that his own children and customers old and new are glad to be a part of.

Crissy Gravina

Crissy is the oldest of the 7 Gravina children. She is the person in charge of receiving window shipments and scheduling installation. It is a juggling act she’s become and expert at. If you are hosting an event at your home and need installation in a hurry, or you have constraints that require installation be pushed back a bit, Crissy is there to work with your scheduling needs. Also very knowledgeable about our windows and doors, she can field most questions you throw at her. Crissy’s dedication to the business is what helps her arrive bright and early to get the installers on their way, and it often brings her into the office on weekends. When she’s not working, she’s probably at the dog park with her Ridgeback and Terrier, or cruising around town on her gorgeous Harley!

Mike Gravina

Mike is following in his dad’s footsteps, rounding out the sales team at Gravina’s Window Center. His knowledge of the product and understanding the customers’ needs seem to be inherited strengths. Beyond that, people love to do business with Mike! His genuine easiness and quick wit have endeared him to all of his customers. Mike takes great pride in forming lasting business relations with happy customers. With wife Michele, 2 year old Ava, and another baby on the way, Mike is invested in the success of this business, by delivering a quality product and creating a window buying experience that people feel great about.

Jenny Gravina

When you visit or call Gravina’s showroom, chances are Jenny will be the one to greet you. The rest of the office staff don’t mind that she’s the self-proclaimed “office manager” because Jenny is the person who makes everything run smoothly. She takes on everything that doesn’t fall into the scheduling or sales category – and that is quite a lot. Her meticulous nature and work ethic has sustained a system of organization that leaves little room for error. Though not an early bird, Jenny and Jim routinely work well into the evening. She is truly an irreplaceable asset to the business.

Jeff Gravina

While pursuing his business degree at Dixie State College, Jeff works with the team here at Gravina and carries a long list of responsibilities. From keeping the warehouse organized, to supplying our installers, filing paper work and cleaning the showrooms, Jeff is the go to for the grunt work. Being the youngest, Jeff is often reminded, by his older siblings, that he has to work his way up the ladder in this business!

John Gravina

Jonathan Gravina is officially a full-timer; this newlywed has joined the team and is bringing home the bacon! Jon’s daily responsibilities include coordinating window shipments and schedules between the homeowner and our installation crew. He has also taken charge of design and set-up of trade show booths, and is learning the sales aspect of the business from his dad Jim, and older brother Mike. Tony Ramirez

Tony is the man to turn to for service, our “ServiceMaster” if you prefer! Certified by Marvin Windows and Doors, he knows the product like the back of his hand. If an issue arises he can fix it – he has definitely earned his title! In case you’ve had the opportunity to meet Tony you know he’s got a commanding presence. If you’ve yet to come across our gentle giant this will answer your question ahead of time: Yes, he used to play football! Since retiring from the NFL in 2000 we are fortunate to have him as a part of the Gravina’s team. He and Jenny have been married only a short while, but Tony has been a staple of the family and business for years. There are few people in this world who are more reliable, funny, and big!

Dee Baumgartner

Dee began his career with Gravina’s Window Centers as an installer 14 years ago. He made the move to sales in 1999 and we are glad he did. His background in installation, has given him great experience in the window and door replacement process that he carries with him still. He has had continued success because he is personable and has an acute understanding of each customer’s specific needs. For these reasons he has been a wonderful asset to Gravina’s, and also, we just like having him around the office! The only complaint could be that he and his son somehow always manage to sweep the office pools!
