Eligibility Requirements

  • Financing is available to qualified homeowners with approved credit.
  • Applicants must meet the lender’s underwriting criteria, which may include income, credit history, and debt-to-income ratio.
  • Not all applicants will qualify for all offers. Final approval is provided by the lending institution.

Promotional Financing Details

  • $0 Down: Available on select projects and plans. Minimum purchase of four (4) Infinity from Marvin® windows may be required.
  • 0% Interest: Promotional interest is waived if the full balance is paid off within the specified promotional period. Length of promotion varies by program.
  • No Prepayment Penalties: Borrowers can pay off their loan early at any time without fees.
  • Simple Application: Online or assisted application with fast credit decisions in most cases.

General Terms and Limitations

  • All financing is provided through third-party lenders. Gravina’s Window Center of Littleton® is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
  • Promotional terms apply only to new contracts and cannot be retroactively applied to existing or previous customer orders.
  • Financing offers may not be combined with other promotional pricing, discounts, or referral rewards unless otherwise stated.
  • All offers are subject to change without notice and may be discontinued at any time.
