What We Learned at the 2025 Infinity® Executive Forum in San Diego
In February 2025, members of Gravina’s Window Center of Littleton® joined Infinity® by Marvin® leaders and dealer partners from across the country for the annual Infinity® Executive Forum in San Diego.
The two-day event focused on product innovation, homeowner expectations, dealer training, installation, service, and the future of the replacement window and patio door industry. The Forum also recognized the accomplishments of Infinity® dealers and sales professionals during 2024.
For Colorado homeowners, attending an industry event only matters when what we learn improves the customer experience. Our team attended to hear directly from Infinity® leadership, strengthen our product knowledge, understand upcoming developments, and bring useful insights back to the homeowners we serve throughout Denver and the Front Range.
Here are several of the most important announcements, presentations, and lessons our team took away from the 2025 Infinity® Executive Forum.

Infinity® Digital and Brand Updates
At the 2025 Executive Forum, Infinity® introduced updates to its brand identity and digital experience. These changes were designed to make it easier for homeowners to learn about Infinity® products while also giving authorized dealers better tools and resources to support customers.
For our team, these updates reinforced the importance of giving homeowners clear, useful information before they ever schedule an appointment. Replacement windows can be difficult to compare, so better product education helps homeowners ask stronger questions and make more confident decisions.
Continued Investment in Training and Dealer Support
One of the most important themes of the Forum was the continued investment in product knowledge, installation education, and service support.
Infinity® announced expanded training opportunities that included:
- Comprehensive product training programs
- Expanded installation and service courses
- Manufacturing tours at the Infinity® facility in Fargo, North Dakota
This matters because even a high-quality replacement window depends on proper product selection, accurate measurements, careful installation, and reliable service after the project is complete.
At Gravina’s Window Center of Littleton®, we believe the window matters, but the installation is the difference. Manufacturer training helps our team remain current on product features and recommended practices, but homeowners should still ask who will install their windows, who is responsible for the workmanship, and who will provide service after the sale.

Recognizing Outstanding Achievement
The 2025 Infinity® Executive Forum also recognized leading dealers and sales professionals for their accomplishments during 2024.
Lifetime Home Remodeling was recognized as the #1 National Infinity® Partner for 2024, earning the distinction for the sixth consecutive year.
We were especially proud to see Crissy Gravina of Gravina’s Window Center of Littleton® recognized as the #1 National Sales Representative for 2024.
The award marked Crissy’s second consecutive national title after also earning the honor for her 2023 performance. Her achievement reflects her product knowledge, commitment to helping homeowners, and ability to guide customers through an important home-improvement decision.
Crissy is the daughter of company owner Jim Gravina and the sister of CEO Jeff Gravina. As a member of the second generation of the Gravina family working in the business, her recognition is also a meaningful part of our company’s history.

Inspiration Beyond the Window Industry
Another memorable moment was the keynote presentation from Jim Abbott, a former Major League Baseball pitcher and Olympic gold medalist.
Abbott spoke about overcoming adversity, adapting to challenges, and pursuing continuous improvement. His message connected directly with the work of serving homeowners: listen carefully, solve problems, continue learning, and never allow obstacles to become excuses for poor performance.

What the 2025 Forum Reinforced for Our Team
The 2025 Infinity® Executive Forum gave our team the opportunity to hear directly from manufacturer leadership, learn about product and training developments, and exchange ideas with other experienced Infinity® dealers.
More importantly, it reinforced several principles that directly affect Colorado homeowners:
- A replacement window should be selected for the needs of the individual home.
- Product knowledge helps homeowners understand the differences between window options.
- Installation quality can have as much impact on long-term performance as the window itself.
- Service and accountability should continue after the installation is complete.
Gravina’s Window Center of Littleton® has served Colorado homeowners since 1973. Participating in events such as the Infinity® Executive Forum helps us remain connected to product leadership while continuing to improve the experience we provide here in Denver and along the Front Range.
